Every carrier is subject to manual compliance review. Uploading documents does not result in automatic approval.
Business information
Legal business name, DBA, address, contact person, phone and email.
USDOT number
An active USDOT number issued by FMCSA.
MC number, where applicable
Operating authority for for-hire interstate transportation.
Operating authority documentation
A copy of your authority letter or certificate.
W-9
A current IRS Form W-9 for your business.
Certificate of Insurance
A current COI listing your auto liability and cargo coverage. Minimum coverage amounts are confirmed during onboarding.
Carrier-broker agreement
Our signed carrier-broker agreement.
Additional compliance documentation
Any other documents requested during review.
