Shippers
For shippers
Is Crossfire a trucking company?
No. Crossfire Transportation is a freight brokerage. We arrange transportation with independent motor carriers and do not operate our own trucks.
How do I get a quote?
Submit the online quote form with your shipment details, or call us. We review each request and respond directly.
Is a quote request a booked shipment?
No. A shipment is only booked after you confirm the quote with our team in writing.
Do you offer live tracking?
We do not offer live GPS tracking on this website. You can request a status update online and our team will check with the carrier.
What equipment can you arrange?
Primarily 53 ft dry vans and box trucks. Reefer and flatbed are arranged through qualified carrier partners, subject to availability.
Carriers
For carriers
How do I register?
Select Carrier Registration, create an account with your business email and complete your company profile.
How does email verification work?
After registering, we send a verification link to your email. Clicking it activates your portal account automatically.
Which documents are required?
Operating authority documentation, a W-9, a current certificate of insurance and a signed carrier-broker agreement. See Carrier Requirements for details.
How do I check my application?
Sign in to the Carrier Portal and open Application Status.
Why is my application pending?
Every application is reviewed manually by our owner, including FMCSA authority and insurance checks. An active account is not the same as operational approval.
How do I replace expired insurance?
Upload your new certificate of insurance in the Documents section of the portal. It is reviewed before your file is updated.
